Comstock House is committed to fostering a respectful, supportive, and welcoming environment for all residents. We believe shared housing works best when everyone feels comfortable, valued, and at home.
An off-site manager is available daily to assist with maintenance requests, questions, or resident concerns, helping ensure the property remains well cared for and responsive to residents' needs.
To maintain a safe and healthy living environment, the property undergoes regular inspections and preventative maintenance, including routine testing and replacement of smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, and air filtration systems.
