Crew House offers on-site laundry facilities with a convenient app-based payment system, eliminating the need for quarters. Two sets of industrial washers and dryers provide ample capacity, making it easy for tenants to do laundry without long waits.

 

Cleaning Services

Included in the rent is a twice-monthly professional cleaning service to help keep the home’s shared spaces clean, comfortable, and well maintained for all tenants. Cleaning includes the kitchen, bathrooms, common areas, and other shared spaces throughout the house.

 

Bicycle & Storage Areas

Crew House offers complimentary indoor bicycle storage for all tenants, providing a secure and convenient place to keep bikes protected from the weather. Tenants also have access to two waterproof storage bins located in the basement for items that may not fit comfortably in their private rooms. Both amenities are included free of charge.

Parking

Crew House offers on-site parking with 10 spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is provided free of charge for tenants.​
