Included in the rent is a twice-monthly professional cleaning service to help keep the home's shared spaces clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Cleaning includes the kitchen, bathrooms, common areas, and other shared spaces throughout the house.

Bicycle & Storage Areas

Comstock House offers complimentary indoor bicycle storage for all residents, providing a secure and convenient place to keep bikes protected from the weather.

Parking

Comstock House offers on-site parking with 6 spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is provided free of charge for residents.
